Ynys Cadno Reviews

Karen
A wonderful house, I did not want to leave. Great seeing the sheep with the dogs working.
William
This stunning, well appointed cottage is fantastic. The scenery was amazing. I would visit this cottage again. It's in the middle of nowhere, so very peaceful and tranquil. The property is situated on a working farm and you will see and hear sheep quite frequently. This was not a problem. This was a wonderful 5star base for a brilliant holiday.
Philippa
A beautiful cottage which has been maintained to a really high standard, the owners have really thought of everything & a real home from home. For us, the owners went the extra mile when needed due to some luggage being forgotten. Area and location great, the views amazing and lovely to have the hot tub in the position it is to get the most out of these views. Would highly recommend this cottage.
Marian
Ynys Cadno is a beautiful cottage with outstanding far reaching views. It was really spacious, well equipped, warm, comfortable and had the real wow factor. It was perfectly situated for exploring Snowdonia. We were four school friends celebrating a very significant birthday and it was just perfect. None of us wanted to leave! Hope we will be back.
Emily
The cottage exceeded all of our expectations, it was perfect for our stay. The attention to detail in the cottage was fantastic, we have all said what an amazing week we had which was made by where we were located, enabling us to do all things we had planned.
Nicki
We had a fabulous stay, the cottage was perfect and immaculate with amazing far reaching views. The decking area and hot tub were perfect for taking in the surroundings, we even had lots of new lambs directly on the other side of the fence given the time of year we visited! We were very lucky with the weather and even managed to use the BBQ. The location is remote but this just adds to the charm and by car everything is easily accessible. The owners were super friendly and checked in on us during our stay. Cannot recommend enough, a perfect place to stay when exploring Snowdonia.
Helen
Absolutely stunning property and location. I cannot wait to return
Rhiannon
Just returned from a wonderful week-long family holiday at this outstanding property. The barn conversion is completed and furnished to an exceptional standard, everything felt luxurious and tasteful, whilst still feeling homely. The views are incredible, the hot-tub in a perfect setting to relax and unwind, with the added bonus of being covered, which we really felt was beneficial. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and the owners were very friendly, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Already had lots of friends asked for the property details after seeing the pics! Highly recommend booking a holiday at this property, you wonâ??t be disappointed! We will definitely be returning!
Kerry
Beautiful accommodation in a gorgeous, tranquil setting. Everything about the house was exceptional and done to a very high standard. Was definitely home from home
Elena
We absolutely loved the cottage. It was very spacious, with the amazing views, with a very well done design inside. The host was very welcoming and kind.
Kim
What a stunning place; my husband and I had a wonderful week here. If you want the feeling of total rural seclusion then this is the place for you. There are two neighbouring properties which you can't see on the pics, but are not close enough to worry about, and the hot tub is not overlooked. The interior is lovely, and the cinema set up in the lounge is a bonus for cold, wet nights! Good location on the main route for travelling all over the national park, close enough to big shops and amenities, but still far enough away from it all to get that secluded feel. Highly recommend and we will be back.
Mark
Fabulous cottage, with amazing views, equipped to a very high standard. Hot tub fantastic to enjoy after day out walking.
Michelle
Lovely house and location with stunning views and lots to do around the area.
Claire
A fantastic cottage in an absolutely magnificent setting. We would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break away. We will definitely return in the future.
Hayley
Absolutely stunning cottage, clean and really well equipt. Perfect retreat from the hustle bustle of home. Heaps of walks and things to do within a stones throw. Welsh weather a little variable but that did not stop us. Highly recommend a stay here!
Matt
Amazing place to stay, the cottage is situated in an ideal location which is easy to get to while being suitably secluded with a fantastic view. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and have created a lovely atmosphere to stay in! Definitely recommend!
Richard
The cottage itself was very well presented and beautiful. In an idyllic location.

Wonderful stay, cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautifully furnished and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay so much we were happy to relax and unwind without the need to venture out too far. Would love to revisit in the future.

Natalia
The cottage was absolutely amazing, will definitely be going back again next year. Had everything you could need and was so cozy which was very much appreciated staying there in December, the Christmas tree was a lovely touch. The hot tub was brilliant, really like the fact it was covered so we could go in it even when it was raining. Highly recommend staying here.
