Rydlan Reviews

Gerald
Rydlan was in a lovely setting on a farm with a nice garden and views towards the hills and sea. You could walk down to the river from the property. Mark the farmer was very helpful and we enjoyed the Welsh cakes on arrival. Everything was of good quality and plenty of pots and pans. The fish and chips from Waun Fawr near the university were delicious. We visited Devil's Bridge which was lovely and had nice waterfalls. Aberystwyth castle was also interesting. Sylvia and Gerry

We came home from Rydlan on Friday after a lovely week there. It is a modern, cosy, very clean, well equipped property with everything you need including gorgeous views. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was so relaxing and the Kites in the day were spectacular to watch. The bottle of local organic milk and Welsh Cakes were much appreciated on arrival. Mark the owner came over to see us and check we'd found everything and showed what to do to check the hot tub. It is a good base if you want to visit different places in the area, or just stay and relax. We'd recommend a trip on the Vale of Rheidol Railway steam train. Great views and it takes you to Devils Bridge where there are different walks to enjoy.
