Fantastic property both in location and facilities. Ideally placed to walk into the town and the beach in a minute or two. The views from the patio and the lawn Summer house are fantastic and made all the more special being able to watch the dolphins swimming around in the bay. The house is well equipped in all respects and provided fantastic accommodation for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. If we return to New Quay this house would be our first choice

Fantastic property and location. Right in the centre, near the beach, harbour, pubs and shops. Our family, of all ages enjoyed the stay, even our dog. Were looking to come back again. The parking space is tight and wasnt big enough for any of our cars, which wasnt a problem as we unloaded the cars and left them on a car park for the duration of our stay with a weeks ticket on and they didnt move until we left as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
