Sunny Marshes is a large detached home with a separate annexe sleeping up to 18 guests across 9 bedrooms. Set in north Gower a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Wales it sits just outside Llanrhidian village with far-reaching views across Penclawdd Estuary and the salt marshes. This is a proper big-group property.
The garden features a babbling brook alongside the lawn and a wooden entertaining structure housing an indoor BBQ and firepit. A large patio leads out from the main house with ample seating. Welshmoor Common is 300 metres away a Site of Special Scientific Interest grazed by Jacob sheep.
The main house sleeps 12 across 6 bedrooms. Four super-king zip-and-link rooms can convert to twins.
