
Mawr Dew Cottage is a traditional Welsh stone cottage on a hillside in Cwmdu near Crickhowell in Mid Wales. Cwmdu sits within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Walking trails go in every direction from the door. You can also cycle, mountain bike, go horse riding, fish, sail or go caving nearby. Tretower Court and Castle is less than 3 miles away. The Crickhowell Walking Festival runs every March.
The cottage sleeps 5 across two bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find a spacious double room and a triple bedroom along the landing.

There are two bathrooms a downstairs shower room with WC just off the kitchen and an upstairs bathroom with bath, shower over the bath and WC. The open-plan lounge/diner is bright with TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Tretower Court and Castle (under 3 miles, 7 mins), Craig-y-Nos Country Park (9 miles, 18 mins), the National Showcaves of Wales (12 miles, 22 mins) and Brecon Mountain Railway (18 miles, 30 mins) are all within easy reach.
