The garden is enclosed and large with a patio, BBQ and a covered hot tub. A private gate leads down to a bridge over the stream and through the woods to a pub. Talybont beach is an easy walk away. Snowdonia National Park surrounds the area with walking routes, cycling and fishing on the doorstep.
