The kitchen and bathroom en suites could use a thorough clean or new fixtures. Some beds definitely need new mattresses. The outside patio and furniture are in dire need of proper maintenance. The hot tub wasn't serviced as it should have been; just adding excess chlorine tablets isn't enough. We were so disappointed that we left after 5 days, even with lovely weather!
